Due to numerous administrative issues surrounding previous management, Better Days Animal League (BDAL) is undergoing a total re-organization.  During the transition, BDAL will continue to operate through the dedication of its volunteers and Board of Directors.

Because of previous financial deficits incurred, BDAL has been forced to close thrift stores, and considering the sale of the Shippensburg shelter location.  The Chambersburg and Fort Loudon thrift stores remain open and are the primary sources of financial support for daily shelter operations.  BDAL will further continue fundraising efforts through the upcoming months to assist in meeting financial obligations.

Additionally, we are in the process of transferring all dogs to the Chambersburg shelter.  With this closure, we are unable to take in any new animals, as our primary focus is on the animals currently under our care.
